Nothing much going on. The weather has been nice for a couple of days. It will start to heat up again tomorrow. How is the weather in your part of the world?
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, carrots and peaches
Dessert/Snack - Lemon cake and decaf coffee
Dinner - Protein bar and raspberry yogurt
What did you have to eat yesterday?

The weather in the morning is nice. Sunny and cool air but now the sun is gone but not raining. I`m not sure if it will rain later

@LindaOHio That's nutritious. Isn't it? But skipping breakfast isn't good according to medical and nutrition practitioners.

Hmm, what a coincidence, I had a very similar meal for dinner. Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac and Cheese! If I only had some lemon cake for dessert
