Happy To Report Miss Chloe Is Well

About 10 days ago I introduced you all to Miss Chloe. My friend who lost her husband to cancer rescued her. She is 14 years old. Never had her own bed or a loving home.
I still believe they rescued each other. Talked to my friend today. She has seen so much change in Chloe's personality lately. She is coming out of her bed. Going outside to do her business. And playing with her toys. Of course not letting my friend go very far without her.
I am so happy to hear this news. For both of them. My friend is still having a hard time without her husband of nearly 50 years. She said the nights are the hardest. But she is trying to stay busy. Chloe is helping so much in her healing process.
Had to share the good news with you. And another photo of Chloe enjoying her bed and toys. More of those little things to appreciate in life. Our face time on the phone today has made my day more than any words I can share.

Chloe still looks a bit timid, but in time with all of the love that your friend is showering on her, that should change.
It must be so rewarding for you, as a very close friend, to see the changes in her as well as her pet, Chloe.
I hope that they can comfort each other over the next few days and that fireworks do not present too much of a bother and offer an opportunity for more bonding.

I was talking to her and maybe it was just because she heard a strange voice. We did a face time on the phone today. She is like a mother to me, has been over the years. And being Dustin's godmother, even more special. She lives out of the city, so the noise shouldn't be a problem. You are always so kind and your words are comforting.

I started watching a new series on Netflix last night "Chloe"--Miss Chloe seems a lot more grounded than this Chloe!!!

early this year. Though our cousin raised it, but still close to us since we take turns taking care of him. The feeling still lingers though.
