Do you like beef or pork spring rolls?

Hello! 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up early today at 5:45am. The weather is so nice today. Sunny and cool air. I only had some hot choco cappuccino for breakfast and after I went out for a nice morning walk. Then, clean the apartment and do my morning dancing exercise without mom and a friend but I will do it again with them at a time. Whew! I am sure doing more exercise now 
Anyways, today I will again prepare a very simple dish. First, I will mix some ground beef with garlic, onion, minced carrots and cabbage. Mix it good and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste 
Then, put it in a spring roll wrap and roll it and wrap it good 
After that, fry it and serve it. I usually eat it with garlic rice and dip it to a sweet and sour sauce

Shanghai.. idk if you call that also in your country. But we do call it here. And yea it is yummy.

I love vege spring rolls and dip it in sweet thai chilli sauce or eat it plain without sauce as it is so crispy and tasty whenever i have the craving of them as a matter of fact i would like to have some after reading this gives me the craving of having it.

I prefer beef spring rolls. However in our country, it's less expensive is the pork.

I love pork spring rolls. I usually have them at restaurants. This evening, I'll have fried cabbage with pork.
