Spring rolls with pork are popular in Hong Kong. We also have veggie spring rolls. Vietnamese spring rolls are also delicious.

I like lumpia, they're delicious whether their fillings are veggie or ground meat. But the veggie lumpia is healthier, so we tend to cook them alternately. Just yesterday we had veggie lumpia and today we had meat lumpia as it's the birthday of my grandson. It goes well with cake and pancit palabok.
