Successful shopping at $5 Friday at Safeway. I got a special find, Boston Baked Beans. Sure looks like my retro Boston Peanut, so I bought it.
A bit bigger than peanuts, crunchy outside with same taste as Boston Peanut and as a whole, I'm happy with it.
Beginning to my Labor Day weekend! Angus meat Ball Park Frank's, chicken tenders and tv this weekend! Happy Labor Day!

Boston Baked Beans are peanuts coated with a candy shell. Delicious!

Me too. Just by chance I swung over to Safeway's little deli for my Ball Park franks, that infront of display are the specialty nuts & candies, there they were! I grabbed it.

They're good, but the ones I really like are softer candy she'll on the outside. These from Safeway, hard.

Sure did! Had my denture chip on Saturday. Cottage cheese weekend & very soft food. At dentist now for repairs in house. My spare didn't fit right... getting that looked at too.
