As today is Sunday, here you can´t get ill. There are no drugstores open nearby. And today my back hurts a lot. A had back surgery over 20 years ago ans once in a while it hurts. The last time I was hurting a lot when the knee doctor gave me some pills. Those not only helped me with my knees but also with my back. I should have gone to the doctor for more pills but I got ill. And in the hospital they did not give me the pills for pain so I brought them here. And everything was wonderful until the miracle pills were all taken. They had Tynelol with Tramadol and were awesome. But now I´m with no pills. And I know that you can´t get Tramadol with no prescription. So I´ll get tomorrow some Tynelol and hope for the best. Tomorrow I´ll go to a drugstore after breakfast. Diego will come with me. It is nearby but it is not open on Sundays.

Maybe a heating pad could help? Tramadol is pretty heavy duty stuff.

Tramadol is the only med that has really helped my knees. A specialist gave it to me for the arthrosis. But it did help my back too.

I take Tylenol sometimes, but sometimes it does not work. Then I go for something called Aleve and it works.

I am sorry, I always brought pain pills with me when I traveled. I have the habit of places closed on Sundays.

I travel a lot for business, and as such it has become a habit to have a bag full of all kinds of stuff I might need. Literally, extra coffee, coffee cups, Benefiber, acetaminophen and ibuprofen. I even have band aids, Q-tips, and Dulcolax. I have everything. I refuse to be caught with my pants down not having something I need. Even plates, forks, knives and spoons are in my bag. I have everything, and no matter where I go, it is always with me. lol

If you have a medicine cabinet, it should have a supply of OTC As well as your maintenance meds and it should be replenished always that's fir emergency.

@Nakitakona I had problems when I stayed at the hospital for over a week. My daughters took care of my home and they did not know.
