Small victories

I believe Bob is eating more.
I baked banana bread and he actually ate about 1/3 slice. He had two crackers at one sitting and I have gotten him to eat a tiny bit of tuna salad. He mostly wants cold things.
So I will take whatever victory I can get, remembering that ten days ago he was eating like a pig.
Off to work and to my sister's house. See you later.

He is making up recipes now and telling me what we should cook. Must be getting better.

Today he will finish the oral antibiotics and will feel much better.

We got some medicine to coat his stomach while he takes oral antibiotics. He also realized that gingerale, or the carbonation, is not his friend right now. His appetite has picked back up.

@GardenGerty Carbonated beverages are not good if he had stomach problems. I am glad his appetite is back.

The weather has cooled off and he is feeling better, so it is easier this week.

I am sure you will be relieved when he gets back to normal meals and feels even better, but I am certainly glad he is improving! I hope his live in nurse is getting some rest, too.
