Do You Enjoy Omelettes? What Fillings Do You Like?

This morning, for a change, I didn't have oatmeal, wheat bread and egg, which was my regular breakfast. I went to a Chinese fast food restaurant and had Chinese congee and fried noodles. I missed eggs. I decided to make an omelette for lunch. I have made an omelette with mushrooms, bell peppers and ham. I sometimes make spinach and tomato omelette.
Do you enjoy omelettes? What fillings do you like?

I don't make omelets. I can't get them to flip right so the stuff is inside them. I buy omelets with ground beef, ham, mushrooms and tomatoes in them. YUM!
I make scrambled eggs with stuff mixed in because I can't make an omelet.

@Beestring it's our usual breakfast. We don't eat bread during breakfast our heads ache. We eat bread during snack time hehe.

@Beestring I don’t make mine spicy. I bought this special type of pan for rolled omelets and I always have fun making it lolll

I miss omelettes, I am allergic to eggs, so I can't have them, but when I was little we would have cheese and bell peppers and I think ham in them, so good!

Oh, so sorry you are allergic to eggs. But I'm allergic to some food to such as mangoes and cantaloupe too.

I love omelets. I like to put onion, cheese, celery and maybe potatoe. I have not made one in ages.

One of my favorite ways to make eggs is to make an omelet. Cheese is a must add! Sometimes I'll put cooked onions. I also like the items you mentioned and have had it that way

I am what you might call an extreme fan of omelets. In fact, it is my favorite way to eat eggs actually. I just never make them at home because I just can't ever get them quite right, so I just opt for scrambled. But I like them loaded up with cheese and ham and onions and all sorts of other goodies. If I go to Denny's I will usually get a Denver omelet.

I like omelette. I like to experiment what to add on the eggs.
I missed the congee, the congee was discontinued by a Chinese fast food called Chowking here in my country.

Once in a while I like scrambled eggs. Filling, cut up Viena Sausage and green onions. Sometimes plain with only green onions for toppings.

Instead of omlet i eat boiled egg with the stuffing of masala which ill be awesome to eat..just give a try once..
