It is almost 11 AM and I want to eat something.
I am very hungry and I want coffee and some toasts with cheese. I still have goat´s cheese and I love it.
It seems that today my daughter Claudia will come over. So I will ask her to lend me a trimmer for the grass. As I have not cut the grass for a long time, it cannot be cut with a mower.
I hope that my daughter will accept an almost new sheet of the right size for her bed. I am giving away everything that I don´t need. Little by little I will downsize my house.

I woke up needing the bathroom and feeling like I haven't eaten since yesterday... partly because I haven't eaten since last night. 
I heated up a croissant with egg and cheese on it. Delicious! I hope you found something you wanted to eat, too.

@DaddyEvil A fried egg can be eaten with anything. I sometimes have a dinner of just rice and a couple of fried eggs and feel perfectly happy.

@marguicha There are a lot of different types of bread I like to eat. Most of them work well with a fried egg and pieced of cheese, too.

I take good care of my clothes, sheets and towels. And as I dry them when the sun is out, they last longer. Many are just using up storage in the closets. I am also giving away my dishes and will start using the better ones. My children do not care for them so I will use them evey day. My only problem are the cups (too small) but I will keep some mugs.

@LadyDuck I think that I will only keep 2 sets of dishes. I´ll use my second best for everyday and have the guests dishes for company.

@marguicha - I have too many dishes, when we often invited guests I had special dishes to serve oysters, others for the escargots, the small ones for soft cheese. I have to get rid of many of them.

@JudyEv I now have enough towels and sheets for me and for guests but they are almost new. I gave away some years ago all the extra ones to my daughters.

I have downsized several times. But then, I have also received inheritances and I have more things again. I don´t know how many times I have given away second hand pots and pans.

@marguicha I live in a small apartment and have no room for a surplus. I actually should thin out my furnishings a bit but I’ll leave it as it is.

I hope so too. If she is not interested, I´ll offer it to my granddaughter and if she is not interested I´ll take it to Dixie´s house in the mountains. I will not offer it to Tania, my eldest daughter, because I have given her too many things lately.

@marguicha Oh my goodness! We have so many junk drawers and overflowing closets. If we had to move to a senior housing complex or assisted living, we'd be in trouble with all of this stuff.
