I Need Some Cash, [but] Not Sending Random Person $25

This is about my experience on Twitter.
I rarely use Twitter. Last week, I used it to follow a virtual acquaintance to earn points on the other forum site.
While browsing Twitter, I saw a retweet from one of my followings. It says, "I will send you cash". I left a comment on the post. Suddenly I got a comment back and a follow.
That person is willing to help me earn money. So okay, I am good with that. But he went back and said I can deposit $25 and grow the money in a short period of time.
Too good to be true, I did not listen to the person and just ignored him and the thought of earning!

There is a report option but I think there are lots of people enjoying what they posts. Or these people are watching the comment sections of a famous person on Twitter who is posting sending money to someone who comment and like and follow him. And then the scammers will attack people who commented. That's what happened to me.

He might be just joking, someone's also told me he'll send me 5000 pesos but I told him I'm not a beggar. He might be a scammer.
