A wonderful breakfast with Dixie and waiting for the bathroom.

Dixie is taking a shower and I´m waiting to take mine in the main bathroom. The second bathroom has a diminute shower that I don´t like.
It is so wonderful to have breakfast while we are talking! I have knows Dixie for over 30 years yet there are always some things about her youth that I don´t know.
I will now hurry for a quick shower as I have to be in my therapy in less than an hour.

I have arthrosis in my knees among other places. This is a chronic illness with no cure. But therapy and pain meds can help lead a better life.

When I get to spend time with my best friend, it always surprises me that we can still talk and learn more about each other, and we have been talking for years and years. Good friendships are to be treasured, I'm glad you have those people in your life.

I hope the therapy isn't too strenuous. There are some people who we bond with so well that it's always a pleasure to spend time with them.
