Forced to clean

I could not find my smaller remote today. I need two to operate the TV, and the larger one was on the table, the smaller one I could not find for love nor money. I was running around looking for that for 20 minutes. It was not in one of the usual haunts..It was finally located behind and to the side of the armchair. How the heck did it ever get there? Oh well, the cleaning needed to be done, and I have my remote.

Thanks, I had no choice. It would probably cost 15 or 20 dollars to replace it, plus the hassle...wouldn't be able to get it immediately.

Oh yeah, that glasses thing is crazy! I have done that. One time I went into the shower with them on my head...

When I misplace my mobile I call it from another phone and then I know where it is hiding But I suppose you could not do that with the remote (lol)

No, but why can't they make the remotes vivid colors so they stand out? People would appreciate that.

Glad you found your remote even though it required cleaning That happened to me recently when my remote fell between the cushions on the couch and I had to pull the whole couch out to get it. When I saw the amount of dust underneath I had to drag out the vacuum.

It dirives me nuts. I am always looking for one or the other. If I was disciplined enough to keep them in once place I wouldn't have this problem.

Yeah, and one of the chairs have a black covering on it...so it makes it hard to spot if it gets stuck in there along the side.
