Goa a place of beaches

With as many as 25 beaches Goa is a must visit State in India for those who love beaches.
There is more than just beaches out there with beautiful resorts, good food, and other forms of entertainment. Fenni a liquor made from Cashew apples is a speciality of Goa.
Of the beaches I loved Miramar beach which has a huge sandbar/bank. I was there a few years ago but now with age I do not think I can reach the water having to walk a long stretch of the sand bar
There are those Yatri Niwas cottages touching the shore, very comfortable and cheap, We stayed there.

May be around six. When you take a tour the tour conductors choose a few beaches for the tourists. I did experience a ride on the Mandovi River by moonlight

I am glad I travelled when I was able to. I will not be able to do it now either.

When I was young I never had enough money to travel a I still do not but now I just look through youtube to pretend to travel

It happens. I almost finalised my trip to Alaska but the tour conductors did not have enough members to form a group and now it is too late.

@allknowing - There are places we thought would have visited once retired, then my husband developed some health problems and we went nowhere.

@allknowing we have that kind of beach too here and the beach also have so many link, perhaps you ever jeard about Parangtritis beach.

That was my choice too and I have visited other breaches as well. That link has 25 beaches.

For Indians that should not be a problem. I visited thrice and once went there in the rains - a unique experience.
