As the 1st day of March of 2023 stepped in, the increasing heat here was now starting to test.
What better than the morning rains today morning!.
As of now, it rained a bit and stopped.
I in fact, want more rains so that we can have some more relief from the heat.
Isn't it surprising that some time back, we were running from the cold weather and now from the Heat !.

Today's rains moderated the heat here.
Yet it looks like the Mercury might cross 40 C by early April !

Yes yesterday we took blanket in the night but had fans on also because of a ... kind of .. mixed weather and mosquitoes.

The winter rains have been scarce here.
Not good for overall groundwater levels as well as for the Wheat crops grown in Northern India.

A single jacket is fine.
Wearing multiple layers, caps, gloves etc becomes more bothersome.

Regular intake of Jaggery in small quantities can help.
Also try "Swasari Pravahi" syrup from Patanjali.

So can you get extra oxygen sprayed in the places near you to get more oxygen and counter the pollution and extra heat as well .
