What did you have for dinner on this temperate Sunday evening?

OK, so it's almost wakey time for my Indian and Filipino MyLot friends, and almost bedtime for my East Coast MyLot friends. Who does that leave for me to talk to? Some Western and Midwestern Americans? And West Coastal Elites?
In any case, I thought I'd check in. I played music with two friends today, Mike and Glen, and am now eating some Tom Kha Gai (Thai chicken soup with coconut milk, mushrooms and hot peppers).
The "jam" was fun and the soup is delicious. I used to have Tom Kai Gai at least once a week when my friend, Ko, had her restaurant closer to my house. Now it's more like once every other month.
I hope your day went well and (if appropriate) that you remembered to set your clock ahead. Do you have Daylight Savings Time where you live? Did it start at Midnight last night?

First of all: I hate DST. We celebrated our anniversary last night, but for the actual day today, I cooked meatballs and rice with gravy and broccoli casserole.
The meatballs had the gravy, not the broccoli casserole.

@wolfgirl569 Sounds good to me. I usually only have hash browns when I'm on the road.

Yes we have DST; and I'm thrilled about the extra hour of daylight in the evening. I'm up all night. You can always talk to me (when my computer decides to work). Have a great weekend. Love the picture.

We had pizza tonight with a friend. That chicken sounds really good but my husband can't have coconut.

@hillhjill Is that because it's torture for him? Or does even a trace make him ill? We can't have peanut anything at the preschools I work at, as some kids are allergic to peanut.

@TheHorse I like coconut also and will sometimes eat it, but can't be around him.
