Beef Stew Tonight

Since winter is dragging its feet about giving up & getting out of the way of spring,
we decided that a beef stew in the crock pot was a great idea for tonight and some leftovers too.
A nice bowl of that with some good bread and an glass of good Zinfandel wine will be just right for (another) too cool evening.

Right from childhood I have never eaten beef and now I have switched over to almost being a vegetarian and so meat nor fish in my diet
