Do you like Eggs Benedict?
I like it. It is rich, buttery and creamy all in one. It is made of poached eggs with bacon and an English muffin or bread with Hollandaise sauce. Really yummy. I can have this for brunch everyday except that I don't feel like cooking it.
Is it easy to do?

I have to ask for the egg to be fully cooked but yes, as long as the egg is done, I like eggs benedict. If the egg is still runny, I'll return it and ask for my money back. (I have returned eggs benedict once because the egg was still runny. GROSS!)

@rakski Everybody else says they're delicious. If I see runny eggs in my food, I will throw up.

Far too hard for me to try. I wonder if @LadyDuck cooks that? She is quite an accomplished cook.

@JamesHxstatic I prepare eggs Benedict time by time, not using bacon, but using ham on an English muffin as a base. I make more often Hollandaise sauce because it's good for the asparagus.

@LadyDuck I knew that you would know all about this. Isn't Hollandaise sauce difficult to get right?

I don´t think that I´d make them for breakfast. I prefer easier things.

I do, I rarely get to have it though. I should try to make it at home I guess.

@rakski my Mom taught me how to poach an egg when I was a kid. She bought an egg poacher pan. That's is still what I use.
