The end of the rainbow on the left was only a few metres from me. It was like I could run and touch it although of course I know you can't do that.

Weather seems to be totally screwed up these days. Very dry here. Glad it was fine for the actual event anyway! That's a great photo, I love the way the sky is darker in between the two rainbows!

The end of the rainbow to the left was very, very close to where I was standing. And the colours were as brilliant as I've ever seen. We got some heavy rain soon after the photo was taken.

What a gorgeous picture. I have to ask, do the cities not bury their lines, I see alot of poles and wires in this photo. Ours are all buried in towns and cities.

Most ar buried in the bigger cities and towns but this is pretty much out in the sticks. Possibly any new/replacement stuff would be buried.

We also surpassed the rainfall average for June, we needed rain and we asked, so we should not complain now.

Beautiful photo, we had a double rainbow last Monday, but very pale.

I don't remember ever seeing a double rainbow. How lucky you had sunny weather for the weekend. We are way below our average for rain for May. Everything is so dry and we have fire warnings.
