All those storms came through Ohio yesterday; and we didn't get but 3 drops of rain. The storms split up and went north by the time they got to us. I'm hoping we get some rain today or we will have to water the flower garden again. Our housekeeper is supposed to come and weed today. She might have to weed and water. Have you been getting rain?
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Chili
Dessert/Snack - Lemon muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Yogurt
What did you have to eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio I hope we get rain as predicted. I had to wear a light sweater is almost cold downstairs where I am working today.

@LindaOHio I wonder if you will see that awful smoke from the wildfires in Northern Ontario make its way to where you live. It came in really quickly here yesterday, I looked outside and thought it was foggy out, but it was smoke. My heart goes out to anyone with asthma as I needed a cloth mask to breathe outside without asthma.

I was just really really hungry (unfortunately a new medication increases my appetite), and I’m trying not to gain weight. So I kept eating carrot after carrot after carrot after carrot. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Yes, we are finally getting rain.
Yesterday, for dinner I had veggie pasta with tuna, onion, shredded cheese, with Alfredo sauce, and grapes for dessert.
