The Last Thing You See at Night / myLot

I know, technically, a lot of you would say the ceiling, or the back of your eyelids (I'm looking at you LoL) is the last thing you see before you go to sleep, but I mean besides that. It could be your spouse, partner, picture of a loved one on your bedside table, or the television you might leave on at night. In my case, it is my dog, Sadie. I am so used to her sleeping by my side, it almost feels uncomfortable to sleep without her (unless I have a migraine). So, what is the last thing you see at night before you drift off into sleep?

Actually, it would normally be Jay, but he's usually watching some late viewing on television. So, it has to be my electric toothbrush and then Remmington, my teddy bear.

@AmbiePam The last thing I see is my night light I turn off to go to bed and after that the air purifier to make sure it is on. That is nice that Sadie sleeps with you. She is a beautiful dog from what I could in the picture.

@AmbiePam Yes, the air purifier is great and no window can be open when it is on. It gets rid of the gunk that flies around and I need that.

That's the cutest face to look at before sleeping. For me, it's my hands. I have a habit to look at my hands before I sleep. I don't know why. It's a childhood habit.

Awww, look at that little face, so cute. I get to see not only the TV but also Tuffy and Roscoe rough housing which they do in front of the TV.

Sadie is just adorable. Since Freddie chose to make himself at home on the other side of my bed then his furry face and big eyes are the last thing I see before I drift off.

That's so sweet that Sadie curls up next to you to sleep at night. I guess I would have to say the last thing I see at night are the pictures of my family I have on my bedside table along with a nice sized clock that has huge numbers that are illuminated. The clock works nicely as a nightlight and the numbers are big enough that I can see them if I wake up during the night.
