The bread eggplants were delicious (thanks Anna for the idea) and now I´ll finish Lethal Weapon 4 and then go and get something for dessert.
I´ll probably go and get some ice cream. As it is not so cold, ice cream begins to be a good choice.
I will leave the dinner dishes for tomorrow. I just want to rest now and call it a day.

We still have a few hours left. Ours has been full, first church, then shopping. We came home and ate a quick sandwich and some fruit. We have ribs left for this evening. I did buy ice cream when I shopped.

My day sucked. My knee hurts so much I can barely make it to the bathroom and back. Other than that, just fine.

I am sorry. I have had knee problems due to backbone years ago (I finally had to have back surgery) and now it is arthritis. Old age does not heal with surgery.

My day working at home was great completing surveys as well as sharing good news here and watching classic movies and comedy shows on both streaming and cable television.

Eggplant is maybe my most beloved veggie. I met it when I was a grown up. We did not have it here when I was a child.

I love pretty much all vegetables. Eggplant was something we had even when I was a little girl. And we made Eggplant Parmigiana often.
