A shout-out to all our members on the east coast. Stay safe and keep in touch with us if you can. We may get some of the outer bands of Ophelia here in Ohio. We could use the rain.
Do you have anything special planned for this weekend? We don't.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken parmigiana, spaghetti, green beans, mixed veggies, breadstick and pineapple
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Turkey/muenster sandwich
What did you eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio I suppose so I eat if hungry and if not I have some cottage cheese and sometimes I eat twice a day and sometimes once but I am not walking about hungry. It is my cats who eat like horses,

My brother and sister in law in New Jersey are getting a good bit of rain from this storm.
I had a bologna sandwich and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich yesterday. Was hoping for nice dinner but my Grand decided she didn't like tacos anymore and didn't want a hamburger either. Since my daughter forgot to leave a house key, we were stranded at the apartment.

Let's see, yesterday for breakfast I had Instant breakfast, a banana, and a Sunbelt brand granola bar.Lunch was a potato with onion/mushroom gravy, some summer sausage and some cheddar cheese. I snacked on some home made cookies a coworker brought. Supper was two slices of Gambino's pizza and a dish of frozen peaches topped with yogurt and honey. No big plans this weekend.

Yes, we have another member that eats salmon all the time. Too strong for me. Hubs likes salmon.

Being on the east coast my weekend was a washout, literally. It's Monday and still windy and raining. Fortunately, no major damage in my neighborhood.
I'll take a donut, lol.
