Monday Morning Brief and Sunday Update

Good morning from a cloudy, still-dark, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Alexa said the high today will be 55 F with showers. Showers are good.
Today is my eye surgery. I'll be leaving in an hour. I need to be at the eye surgery center by 7:30. The procedure will take 45 minutes. They're taking a film from my right eye. Next week they'll do the left eye.
So, that means no exercise class this morning. I should get the notifications done when I get back unless I won't be able to see properly. I'll know when I get home.
As for yesterday. Sunday was good. We had Pastor Appreciation Day at church. Then I came home to watch television and ultimately the Packers/Broncos game. It was a tragic loss. We were scoreless in the first half. In the second half, we made a comeback, but it didn't matter. I have a feeling the coach will have some words with them today. They played horribly.

I'm willing to trade high temps with you today. Our high is supposed to be 81F... I'd rather it not get that hot here.
I hope the surgery goes well and your eyes heal quickly.
I can see today so we'll be going grocery shopping and, hopefully, going to get my monthly allergy shots at the hospital in Monett after while. Nothing else happening here.

It was quick. The laser surgery took a minute. The rest was paperwork and waiting.

Yes, it did. It took all of one minute. The rest of the time was paperwork and waiting my turn. It was fast and painless. Yes, I was awake for it.

It did go well. Nice, fast, and painless.
It must be done and if you don't do it, who will? I hope you got it done quickly so you could get to the fun stuff, myLot and crocheting.
