Our Indian friends are celebrating the Festival of Lights, Diwali.
The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree has arrived in New York City. The 12-ton tree is 80 feet tall and will be adorned with approximately 50,000 lights. The tree lighting ceremony will be held November 29.
The aurora borealis should be visible tonight, clear skies permitting, from parts of northern United States and northern Canada, stretching southward across the upper Midwest, northern Great Plains and northern New England. Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri may also have a chance to view it if the skies are clear.

I'm in southern Missouri... but even if there was a chance, the skies are cloudy here.
I had two boiled eggs for breakfast, a ham and cheese sandwich and two bananas for lunch and didn't eat supper.
I started having trouble breathing yesterday so used an epi-pen. I was breathing easier about an hour later so didn't go to the hospital.

Pretty eats peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches for lunch all the time. I hate the smell of peanut butter. (But I like peanut butter in Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

I had no idea that the tree has arrived and I live here. That's a very small dinner. Doesn't even sound like a dinner actually. More like a snack.

My wife decided to go shopping and didn't get home until around close to 6pm and while she was away I spent some time banging on my guitar and got carried away with the time a bit, so I decided to keep it simple.
Threw in some On-Cor Salisbury steaks and cooked up garlic Parmesan fried potatoes and broccoli on the side. Delicious. Even if Chicaa poo-pooed putting Parmesan on fried potatoes. I don't get her most days and sometimes I wonder if she just takes the contrarian stance on purpose just to be contrarian.

Outstanding pulled chicken sandwich at Murky Waters BBQ. Lame turkey sandwich for dinner but it was free and lunch made up for it.

We lived on Lake Erie for 7 years. (right down on the beach) We saw the Northern Lights once. It was eerie and beautiful. I hope you get to see them again.
