It is a cold Thursday morning here. I´m in bed but it is not easy to mylot today. News are too important today.
There are several Chilean reporters in our neighbor country, Argentina, as the have elections for President in a few days.
And news here are important too. A woman cop was killed by an illegal immigrant from Venezuela with a granade. The perp was later killed by the cops but the injured cop could die. There are many people now that come to my country illegally and who belong to violent cartels. They manage drugs and weapons that they export to other places in the world.
Our police forces are not able to manage them. Our cops don´t have the kind of weapons the bad guys have nor the power or the money.

@marguicha This is exactly the same here. Most immigrants are good hard workers, but some come here to try to steal money from those who have worked during all their life.

I think it is sad to see and hear about all the shootings/killings going on in the world nothing in your life is worth doing this. Me and my boyfriend will watch the news for the weather when that is over we turn it off.

Thank you. In my country, although the big policemen (who never do anything but give orders) earn a lot, the cops who go to the streets are uderpaid and they don´t have the big weapons that the others have.

Everywhere, all over the world, there seems to be turmoil and violence. I don't know the answers for that, does anyone? It's frightening to think ahead, and no one seems to know what to do.

I think that part of it is that children are not taught enough values but they all want to have lots of things.

I sadly think some children are not taught much at all. No values, decency, and I could go on and on. Life should not be all about things.

I wholly agree. My best friends just came back from Australia as their son lives there. They came back very happy with their trip.
