You had light eating yesterday.
Yesterday I had for breakfast: Bran buds and a banana. Lunch was an interesting bread something at the ADRC that I couldn't find a name for or calories, though I tried. It was Italian stuffed bread with mozzarella, cheese, and tomato. It was very good. Supper was bananas and milk. I liked the scale this morning.

@LindaOHio Receiving the news that you won and then they say they were wrong should have been a terrible shock.

That lunch sounded good. I had peanut butter on toast for breakfast yesterday. Lunch was gnocchi and chicken nuggets, supper was a hash brown casserole and scrambled eggs.

@LindaOHio Bring on the cheese! I guess some folks brave it out with no cheese on their pizza but I can't imagine that.

@LindaOHio that's good to hear. Is it a breaded one, or was it just the ingredients in a sauce? That's how they made that kind of chicken here when my grandparent's got meals on wheels.

@LindaOHio great to see you! I didn't have the tooth pulled, instead, the doctor decided I had to get four teeth pulled on December 20. my other two doctors went fantastic! One gave me more anxiety medicine and it is working and the other decided to help a physical problem and the medicine he gave me has me sleep a lot more! but I am tired after my big week.
I read something online from the Old Farmer's Almanac and the Ohio Valley won't be having a white Christmas so I hope your area is that area!
Have a great weekend!
