There was a 7.6 magnitude earthquake off the Philippines. My heart goes out to those families and friends of those that were killed; and I hope that our MyLot members are safe and sound.
Oxford Dictionary's Word of the Year for 2023 is rizz. Derived from the word charisma, it refers to a "person's ability to attract a romantic partner through style, charm or attractiveness".
Had a long conversation with @DianneN. She is doing fine, just busy. Carol is doing OK. Taking it day by day with Brendel. Has anyone heard from @DaddyEvil?

Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Chicken corn chowder
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate muffin
Dinner - Yogurt

@LovesEverybody Pumpkin muffins are good. I used to bake a really good pumpkin muffin with raisins.

I had cottage cheese for breakfast today, along with yogurt and a pumpkin muffin that I bought a container of yesterday because the grocery store had them and I figured they may not have them again until the fall of next year

I have been following the news about the earthquake in the Philippines and our myLotter @cacay1 wrote about the quake. Carol is taking good care of Brendel. I hope that @DaddyEvil is well.

@porwest He has a disability case. He is supposed to hear about it anywhere from weeks to months. I hope he didn't lose.

@porwest Yes, his eyes often swell shut. When that happens he is unable to drive, etc.

Yesterday I had:-
Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - Ja Ja Tofu
Dinner/tea - Chicken and Bacon style vegan tortellini, two salmon chunks and a little pot of Love, Corn.

Haven’t seen Evil Daddy in a week. Hope he’s okay.
Yesterday was chicken taco salad for lunch and chicken rice veggie soup for dinner. I froze a batch (six containers) of infamous potato soup (with broccoli) last night, too.
Plus apples and some of my tea!!!
Hope he’s okay.

Never heard of Rizz that’s an odd word but I can understand it by its meaning you have written.
I am worried about @Daddyevil. He’s been gone since the end of November. He was going to be a vaccine and they make him vomit for days. He should have been okay by now though. I did email him I think it was yesterday to see if hopefully he responds and has just been too busy to be at myLot. He doesn’t check his email all that much anymore either but hopefully he will see either the email or the tags here. If something had happened to him I think his daughter would let us know here.

That is a strong earthquake.
I hope that adequate measures were taken to prevent loss of life and property.
Your Eating routine sounds fine.
We had Bread and Noodles in the morning, followed by Evening Tea with Sweets and Snacks.
At dinner, we celebrated our elder daughter's birthday with Taco Bell Tacos, Burger and Pastries.
Follower by Chamomile Green Tea.
We plan to have healthier diet today.

I just started counting down to spring with you after I went out yesterday and it was cold, gray, and miserable outside! it was cold indoors too despite all the blankets I had on me
I had pop-tarts for breakfast yesterday
no lunch as I did not have enough meat for a sandwich
dinner was almost half of a turkey and cheese submarine sandwich (or hoagie as we call them around my neighborhood) it was from my local grocery store
I had a tiny slice of pumpkin cheesecake I found in the cooler department of the grocery store for 99 cents
I have much more food for today!

@LindaOHio I find it hard to put together meals and it is hard as I don't cook. I am afraid because anything I put on the stovetop starts to smoke as I cook. Everybody tells me it is steam but it is too much for my anxiety.
I have been eating a bit more as I got salami and chipped ham lunch meat for sandwiches on Monday. both were on huge sales.
I would love to be able to cook and bake anything my heart desires.
