The groundhog

In my recent memory the groundhog has been able to see his shadow in Kansas most years.
That means we are in for six more weeks of winter, which we are anyway, even if he does not see it.
We have nice weather today, and possibly for the next week. I am grateful for that.
Bob and I will shop a little after I get home from work today. It will be nice to have a clear drive to the stores and back.
I guess I could ask how your weather is, but I know you will likely tell me anyway.
Everyone is so excited about the Chiefs going to the Superbowl, I doubt the groundhog will get much attention at all.

Neither Wiarton Willie nor Shubenacadie Sam saw their shadows this morning, and I didn't see mine either. 2° and mostly cloudy.

Nice here although the sun just disappeared for some reason. The Chiefs may be dominating the Superbowl for awhile. 90 percent chance they will win.

Our local groundhog Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow so that means an early spring. It's another rainy day here so how could that poor groundhog see his shadow anyway?

I sure am excited about the Chiefs going to the Super Bowl! Do you and Bob watch it for the commercials or anything? I did a few surveys about potential Super Bowl commercials months ago, and I’m actually curious what version they’ll show during the breaks. But my main interest is the game.

The groundhog didn't see his shadow; and there will be an early spring! 46 more days until spring! The sun was out for a little bit this morning. I'll take it! Have a good weekend.
