Another Monday Rolls Around

Happy Monday Everyone! the sun is out for now but as the day goes on it will start to change to rain then snow. Tomorrow looks like we're going to wake up to a mess. It's anyones guess right now if we'll get a significant amount of snow. Winter is back after a nice tease this past week with almost springlike weather.
It was a nice quiet weekend which was nice after two weekends in a row having company.
This morning I spent time putting together the stuff I need for income tax and I think I have everything. Also paid some bills while was sitting at my desk and came across the water bill that is due next week. Somehow it got lost among my paperwork so it's a good thing I found it. I don't pay it online so I have to write out a check and mail it.
I think I've gotten spoiled by paying online and I noticed that I need stamps. I know the price went up recently but i never got around to buying them so I'm stuck paying the increase.
That about sums up my morning so far so now it's time to see what's going on here.

I can pay most of my bills online which is great. I still do write checks for our housekeeper, etc. Have a good day.

I don't mess with paper anymore, all my bills are paid either by my account bill pay service via the credit union or else I use a credit card to pay online.

Just the term income tax makes no sense to me..it's your income, not theirs.

I bought stamps yesterday. I use very few really but I didn't want to run out completely.

Gee, well that sounds like it might be tough. Temp will drop here but no snow is in the forecast. I don't think any of the models are saying that. I didn't listen to the weather last night but I haven't seen anything on accuweather.

The cost of stamps is always on the rise.
I bought a stamp to mail to the US on Saturday, it was $1.40 can you believe that?
I pay all of our bills online, it is faster and the money comes in electronically so it might as well leave the account in the same fashion.
Enjoy the sunshine and nice weather while it lasts, we have it here today too.

I'm sorry winter is back after your springlike weather.
I'm glad you had a nice quiet weekend. It's good you found the water bill so you could get it paid. I'm sorry you need to pay the increase in postage.

I don't pay bills online either but I do pay 6 mons in advance
my water, trash & phone bills so I don't have to worry about
them coming every month & it saves a lot of $ & over due bills.
