How was the first day of spring for you? The sun came out; but it was quite cold here. It will warm up next week. $10,000 invested in Amazon in its early days would be worth over $1 billion today. My husband told me to take a little bit of $ and invest...I didn't want to take the risk. Power Ball Jackpot - $687 million Mega Millions Jackpot - $977 million I won't be buying any tickets...will you? Breakfast - Protein bar Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Ham, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies, pears Dessert/Snack - Donut Dinner - PB&J sandwich What did you eat yesterday? Photo Credit: Pixabay

It would have been a good investment. No, I won't be buying tickets. Your food looks good. I haven't had scalloped potatoes and ham since I lived at home. I had a breakfast day. Raisin Bran and banana for breakfast. A lettuce salad for lunch, and Fiber One and a banana for supper. I had a cheese bagel and DC Dove Promise for snacks.

@LindaOHio It was my downfall on the scale this morning. I won't be having another one for a very long time.

I don't feel comfortable investing in the stock market. But maybe that's a good idea. Banks don't pay very good interest.

@LindaOHio don’t know about savings accounts but CDs pay more. You can get a CD between 4-6%.

Except for online banks, banks don't even pay 1%.

@LindaOHio — yeah, the acid in citrus has made it a thing of the past for me. Sad because I love oranges.

They gave me an orange with my Meals on Wheels lunch. Too acidy for me; so I didn't have fruit.

It started with a drizzle, but now the sun is shining. Bezos idea to sell online was the right idea, he has been the first one and in the beginning the site was only selling books. I still remember those days.

Imagine investing in Amazon way back then. I don't think any of us ever thought Amazon would become the giant that it's turned into. Last night we had chicken strips, potatoes and broccoli

That would be something if you had invested in the early days. Yesterday, I just had leftovers.

I wish we had invested. Even just a few dollars. I have tickets for each one but can't check last nights right now as I left them in hubbies truck

Our weather remains sunny and warm with really nice afternoons, I had another hot dog with chili hot dog sauce and shredded cheddar on top of seasoned fries,
