Although the morning is chilly, I couldn´t be happier. For months now Ihave waken up every day thinking about my daughter Claudia. When I get up I forget when I´m doing my chores. But to get up in mourning every day is terrible. Now this has ended. And today I called Dixie early in the morning to tell her my good news. She was very happy and told me that she had been praying for this to happen. Rodrigo, Claudia´s now BF, helped Dixie get more money from the insurance company when she was run over. He is a lawyer and a long time ago he was also Claudia´s BF for a while. I met him the last time when Claudia invited me for coffee for my last birthday. It was at a good coffee shop and he came in. Claudia invited him to our table and I thanked him for what he had done for Dixie (he charged her a negligible amount of money). He then answered me that he really had done it for Claudia. When I told Dixie that Rodrigo and Claudia were together, she said that finally she could invite us (Claudia, Rodrigo and I) to her house for dinner. I talked with Dixie when she was in the way to the airport. Andrés will be arriving in one hour or maybe less. So it is all good news here. I don´t mind today that the news on TV are always bad.
