Trump Only Gets Bigger

There are those on the left sporting gleeful grimaces on their faces with the verdict on the hush money trial now delivered. "We got him. We actually got him," they declare with incredulous excitement. Meanwhile their dreams are filled with visions of prison guards with long tapes sizing up Trump for his new orange jumpsuit.
Of course, they haven't accomplished anything. Their grimaces will soon be replaced by giant O's. The resolve of MAGA has not been swayed. In fact, it is stronger than ever. Trump will be at the Inauguration in January, and he won't be attending in the audience. He'll be there, front and center, taking his oath and being sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.
Because the American people, on both sides of the aisle by the way, know better. They know the game that has been played here, and they know who the players are.
Trump told the American people the trial was rigged from the start, and they believe him. Because it's true. Because even some of the most liberal law scholars have declared, "If the accused were not Trump, this trial would never have even been brought."
It was a political hit job. It was a campaign launched by an incumbent who has no record to run on, and by a party that has something to hide.
All the while, the Biden administration has lost 11% of the black vote. They are losing the young and women. Their approval ratings remain in the tank. And Trump's support just grows and grows.
Trump's rallies fill with tens of thousands of people while Biden can barely fill a high school auditorium. And almost immediately after the verdict was read in the hush money trial, Trump's website was crashed by donors to his campaign rushing to send him money.
The verdict has raised millions of dollars in fresh money.
The funny thing is that the Democrats seem to have no idea what they are actually doing. They are standing dumfounded with a gaping hole in their foot and a smoking pistol in their hand, and they don't realize who fired the round.
There will be no jail time. There will be no suit and tie traded for an orange jumpsuit. There will be no victorious celebration for Biden and Harris. What there will be is another four years of Trump in the White House, and the unraveling of one of the greatest scams ever portrayed against the American people all at the hands of the Democrats.
The reality is that even though the baton may have been passed in 2020, the front runner was always Donald J. Trump all along. He never lost an ounce of support. He only ever grew stronger. His support only grew.
I caution to say it, but what we may see in November may well be nothing short of a massive landslide win for Trump.

The left has been brainwashed so bad it's sad. Amazing at the fund-raising!! That was quite a surprise!
I'm not sure they can keep Joe going much longer. You know they have to juice him up to give speeches and make public appearances. All that also has to be catching up to him by now.
And welcome back!!

I think a vote for Biden is essentially a vote for Harris because there's no way Joe makes it through another four years. In fact, I don't think they have any intention of keeping him. I swear they will pull the 25th amendment if they somehow win.
Thanks for the welcome back.

He's definitely not going to get jail time on this conviction, if the conviction even stands. Let's see how it goes when he pushes the case through the appeals process.
I don't know if it will be a landslide in November, but I think we may see a pretty tight race just like last time.

@porwest I did see that Biden's approval rating slipped to an all-time low recently.

Landslides are something I always caution to predict, especially considering how divided the country is. But I think Biden's chances are slimming greatly, and for a lot of reasons. His polling dipped to another all time low recently. I just can't see how he wins if he keeps slipping.

@moffittjc It did. You really have to watch what the pollsters do now, because of course they badly want for the conviction to have an impact, and they are going to want to show an impact. It's all smoke and mirrors. Much like when they said Hillary Clinton had a 98% chance of winning right before the election. When the truth is not what they want, they start weighting the polls differently to depict an image.

@porwest Any new music happening? My buddy Mike (the fella who records my stuff) is moving to New Orleans to be a Grandpa, so I may have to figure out how to record my stuff on my cell phone. I want to record more acoustic finger style stuff.

I've been keeping a close eye on all this craziness going on
& I totally agree with you on everything you have said, he
will be our president AGAIN, & he will get his revenge with
those that convicted him to keep him out of office & it will
serve them ALL right to get what they get.

@2ndchances24 I have never been a big fan of "legacy" politicians. I think we just need to be VERY vigilant about knowing who our leaders are, present and future, and make sure we are informing ourselves every day about anyone in politics so when the time comes to decide who we elect, we know who they are, what they are for, and what they are capable of accomplishing.
On both sides, by the way.

@porwest I hear ya brother, that's why I was so glad he
made it the 1st time & why I'm praying he gets in AGAIN.
I just wish he had of gotten in A LOT sooner than he did
the 1st time cause this is his LAST time & it SUCKS.
I'm hoping that 1 of the Trump son's go B-hind him
after trump leaves office this time, cause they could
put this country straight just like Trump is doing.

@porwest I know who & what they are all about B-4
they get in the big house, & try to warn others but
it never goes anywhere, so I don't even bother.
People that don't keep an eye on the news gets
what they deserve, like I knew where the 2020
election was going to go & sure enough I was right
& now after 3 & 1/2 yrs later people are seeing
just what I was telling them B-4 Biden got in.

They try to take Trump down but it never works. His support only grows.
I wanna say he won’t be going to jail. And he shouldn’t. But since this trial was rigged, who’s to say they won’t throw him in there? And what happens if they do? Does that mean he is off the ballot?

He's an anomaly when it comes to that, but I think it's partly because people are more curious when the media talks about Trump, because what they SAY he does or says is so off the top, people almost can't believe it and so they go and watch a rally or consider an interview and then they realize...it's all lies.
Trump's conviction does not bar him from the presidency. He's not going to jail. I think the conviction will be overturned on appeal so long as the court that hears the case follows the law.

@porwest can the appeal be rejected? Also, did all the jurors actually unanimously agree on all the convictions?

@lovebuglena Sure. But no legitimate, smart appeals court would in this case. It's a conviction without a definable or obvious crime, and there were MANY missteps by the prosecutor and judge.

Things do seem to be lining up well for the Republicans, but we've heard that story before (recent midterms). So, those who have had enough of this woke, Biden socialist experiment, must remain vigilant and vote in November. Don't take the polls for granted, (that's what the Dems want you to do), and think your vote is not needed.
The Democrats have many tricks up their "sleazy" sleeves. Don't be surprised if suddenly they claim Monkey Pox will require everyone to vote by mail to suppress Republican support (votes).

That's a HUGE point. They want some Republicans to stay home thinking, "Well, the polls look promising, maybe it's a shoe in." Which we know is usually never the case. The midterms really surprised me, I must say, because all signals pointed to it SHOULD have been a massive red wave, but of course that never happened.
As for Democrat trickery, you are right about that too. Even Rush used to point out that Democrats are just more organized when it comes to "getting out the vote," and besides the maps, it makes it harder and harder for Republicans to win things.
