Since my MIL is here and will be staying until Monday morning, I decided to make a Maja Blanca. It's a Filipino dessert made from coconut milk, a bit of sugar, cornstarch and corn. Also known or called as coconut pudding and is usually serve on special occasion. This is the second time I made this. It's yummy.12 people like this

Wow! you are a legend! Making a Maja Blanca is not easy and I think anyone who can do that is really a great cook.
MIL means mother-in-law?

One of my favorites. Occasions like Christmas would be so dull without Maja Blanca.

It looks so nice, like a delicate pudding. If it is not very sweet, I approve.
