A strange way to win a million dollars playing a lottery ticket

Banner Elk North Carolina resident Jerry Hicks is person who found an unusual way to spend money that he found on a street in the parking lot of a Speedway store on Tuesday October 22.
Jerry used the $20 dollar bill he found on the parking lot and he decided to purchase an Extreme Cash scratch off ticket which resulted in Jeremy winning the prize of $1 million dollar prize before taxes.
Jeremy cashed his winning ticket at the North Carolina lottery tickets headquarters to have his payments of receiving $50,000 dollars for the next 20 years which will be $429,007 dollars after taxes.
Jeremy plans to retire from his current line of work to take care of his family.

Jerry was lucky indeed since what the odds of picking up money on the street and buying a lottery ticket and winning a huge prize is pure luck.
