Leftovers with stuff on the side / myLot

We have a few leftovers to eat up. On the side I will serve a green salad plus tater tots. I will go put those in the oven now. Tomorrow we will have an "away" day, so I want to rest and take it easy this evening.

Thanks for the reminder. I went wild and bought a bag of tator tots last week. Maybe I need to do something about that tonight.

I find that I am usually so tired by Friday night after a long week of working, that the less we have for supper the better I like it. Tonight I made a couple of burgers for my hubs but I just toasted a bagel for myself.
