Winters in Alabama are strange, let me explain.
Today in my area it's 25 degrees with a low of 12 degrees tonight. Snow in Gulf Shores which is a 2 hour drive from me.
By Sunday the temperature will be back to normal, with high temperature around 57 degrees and night lows around 40 degrees.
Bring on spring!

@andriaperry the news this morning said 10 inches of snow in the Florida Panhandle and we had freezing rain

Your temps sound similar to what we have here. Only the SE part of the state will get snow though. Honestly though, it looks like it could snow.

January has brought some pretty low temperatures here. Overnight was below zero and right now it's only 9 degrees.

We get that kind throughout the year. Sometimes we experience summer, monsoon, spring and winter in the same day....a perfect recipe for falling sick and getting all allergic reactions.
