Monday Coffee Talk

Happy Monday Everyone! its partly cloudy or partly sunny today depending on how you look at it.
The weekend flew by (as weekends do).
Yesterday we went to my oldest daugthers house for Easter dinner and it was really nice. My grandson came home for a quick overnight and left right after we ate to go back to college. No spring break for him.
This is the first Easter in years that we didn't do a whole family get together. On one hand it was nice but on the other hand I did miss seeing the rest of the family.
But, when the whole family is together it can be loud and a bit chaotic.
Even though I slept fairly well last night I'm tired today.
I'm enjoying my coffee and hoping it does its magic and gives me the energy to do the few things I want to get done today.
Other than that, can't say much is going on.

I can remember those loud and rather chaotic times when I was a child and we had Sunday dinners at my grandparents. So nice but also loud.

I'm exhausted today. Instead of sleeping this morning and again this afternoon, I was told I had a doctor appointment in Pierce City, Missouri... But didn't... It was a physical exam for SSDI.
I won't know anything for 30 days, according to the ladies I talked with today.

OK so far just said good bye to friend and Jax. I won't particularly miss either of them.

It's getting hot these days. Temperature rises to 32C. Have to get up very early to take the morning walk.

It's nice having the family together but it is very loud. I enjoyed yesterdays time with just us and I got to spend time with my granddaughter and grandson and didn't have to share them.

Now we're both getting a bit deaf we find big celebrations quite noisy and it becomes hard to keep up with conversations.
