I'm mentioned that my husband Dale has written a book of several of his sermons. What a stressful endeavor!
But between the two of us and our son in law who is a college professor, we finally got it ready to send to the printer. We sent it in this week for the PDF to be sent to us for approval.
He's not publishing the book, just wants it printed for friends and family. I'm very proud of him, I think the book is excellent. But, of course I would, lol.
He used talking points of seventeen of his sermons and turned them into complete readable messages.
I'm praying we can get them printed and shipped before his 80th birthday party next month. That would be a cool time to give them to our kids.
How's your week been?
The photo is me this morning when I sang in church.

I just pray we don't have a lot of changes to be made that will delay the shipment.
How's your Sunday going?

@JudyEv We submitted our approval, now waiting for the book proof to approve or request changes before it's printed.

@1creekgirl None of these things seem to be as easy as you sometimes think they might be. It's good you've got help.

That's a beautiful picture Vickie and you look wonderful
Wow what an awesome idea for your husband to put his sermons into book form and something that will be a family heirloom when your family receives them. I love gifts that have personal touches to them.

I think everyone will appreciate them. They didn't get to hear all his sermons over his thirty years or so of preaching.

I guess it's more stressful when it's a personal work to get printed.
