My gastro issues seem to have improved. I don't know if it's because of my diet or if it is hopefully OVER. I may try eating my Meals on Wheels lunch today and see what happens. I'm going to cancel my mammogram again this week. I just don't feel confident enough to risk leaving the house for a couple of hours.
I'm going to try and finish the Notifications today and maybe read some Discussions. Thank you for all the concern about my absence. Love you all!!!
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Rice and a banana
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - Turkey/cheddar sandwich
Small meals seem to not bother me as much.
What did you eat yesterday?

I hope you're right and the tummy issues are over for you. It's always nice to see you back on myLot.
Let me think... I ate a turkey and blue cheese sandwich for breakfast, I can't remember what I had for lunch and made chicken sandwiches for supper last night.
The mechanic called this afternoon and said he thought the car was almost done. He said he'd call in the morning and, if it's raining like the forecast claims, he could come pick me up and I could take him back to the garage so I didn't have to walk the two miles to get the car. (He just had to fix the hood release and he'd be done with the repairs.) That sounds good to me. I don't want to walk through storms to go get it.

It sounds positive about the car repairs. I hope it doesn't cost too much.
I feel like I've missed so much here. I don't like to be absent!

@LindaOHio More than we want to pay but a fair price for what they're doing.
You've missed some but not too bad. I missed 4 days this month because my eyes swelled completely shut. *shrug*

Glad you are feeling better. I wonder if you have food allergies like Looeyville? Maybe you should get tested!

@LindaOHio You can develop them out of the blue sometimes though. My former mother in law got one to horseradish that she had eaten all her life, and she was in her 80's then.

@snowy22315 I thought it might be my lactose intolerance (I can still eat cheese and yogurt); but I've had cheese since; and it hasn't bothered me. Maybe it was a bug???

Thank goodness your health is improving. Meals yesterday were hot dogs with bread.

BBQ chicken and chicken soup for dinner, soft chicken taco for lunch. And apples and yogurt and some really bad fiber bars. (Live and learn, those weren’t good.)

I could go for a pizza. Probably shouldn't press my luck.

Hopefully they are gone....those issues are no fun.
Well if small meals help, then that is good....better than not eating anything at least.

Yes, I've been eating a banana every day. I don't like them when they're overripe.

Great to hear that your gastro issues seem to have improved.
Not sure I would be confident about leaving the house either for any length of time just yet.
What did we eat yesterday.
Nothing very special and some of it got thrown on the camp fire I made.
I bought sausages I used to eat when I was a kid and back then I loved them.
Now they are horrible. No taste, strange texture. The fire was the best place for them

I hate when things change for the worse. Such a disappointment.
