The site was down for me last night and this morning.

I always assume when the site is down it is the end of the month tally time or the middle of the month payout.
I had a discussion to start, but could not.
Now I am here "griping".
I do not like to start a lot of posts close together, so we will see if I get more posted tonight.
I made some breakfast foods, and we had a potato topped with bacon, spinach and cheese spread tonight. With a bowl of frozen strawberries, too.
I also went out and mowed a little.
Have also started gathering things for a craft for Mother's Day.

I also had some issues with the site yesterday. I thought it was from my end but when I checked other sites, they were just fine so I concluded that it was indeed from myLot so I decided to check again after a while and it was okay.

I just have to come back when it fits my schedule. I am always aware in my mind that it will be back up soon.

The site seems to go down quite a lot. I don't think it matters. It was working fine when I used it. although yesterday I encountered glitches.

I do feel like it has to do with "book keeping" issues. I always come back.

@GardenGerty I think it has more problems then just that. I know pay rates aren't near what they used to be.

I had trouble accessing myLot late this afternoon but, otherwise, everything seemed fine to me.
I've posted more lately than I ever did before.
I've had more to say, I guess...
I had a really busy day... I got the car back from the garage this morning, picked up trash out of the yard and worked at the flowerbed a little while... Then washed dishes, took out trash, made several phone calls and answered phone calls from the electric and gas companies... (They both wanted to make sure we had power and gas at the house and the power outage hadn't affected anything adversely when power was restored.)
Met the guys working on the house next door and found out that one of them works on cars and talked with him about the problems I've had with our car. Also found out that another one of the guys there works on appliances. I asked if he had time to look at our washing machine and he came over and looked to see what it needed done and will order new parts for it... When he gets the parts, he'll come back and fix it for us.
We also talked with them about making a new deck/stairs to the back door since the ones we have now are too steep for me to manage anymore. They're working up a price quote for us. (Pretty thinks she can find a government grant to pay for the steps/deck because I'm disabled. I hope she's right.)
Pretty asked them for a quote to replace the lawn with something that requires no maintenance, like clover so she doesn't have to mow... (These guys apparently know how to do all kinds of things like this.) She told me that the money we'd save not buying a new mower might pay for the maintenance-free yard or close enough that it doesn't matter.
We went shopping at Walmart this afternoon and tried to pick up our meds but they weren't ready yet even though Walmart sent me text messages that said they were ready for pickup
... The pharmacist assured me the meds would be ready to pick up tomorrow afternoon.
I was exhausted by the time we got home and went to bed... I woke up at 10 pm and have been trying to catch up again...
I hope you're having a good night.

Thanks for updating me. It sounds like you have some great neighbors. I imagine if you are paying for the changes the landlord will not mind.

@GardenGerty You're welcome. Sorry about the word vomit... I'm just happy to talk to someone about things like this and knew you'd care.
I think the landlady will be happy with any changes we make since it will make the property more valuable in the long run and we're covering the costs of the changes. Or, actually, the government is covering the majority of the costs, if we can manage that.
Pretty only asked the guys to work up price quotes for us and only for the front and side yards since that's all the city cares about. The older neighbor just mowed the back yard again for us but we still need to mow the front and sides right now.
I'm up against the screen of my laptop because my eyelids are swollen up again.

Today I pulled a few weeds, moved some limestone rocks around. I will mow a little today as well. I am re mowing what I just mowed recently.

@GardenGerty I know about re-mowing. There's a wierd patch of quack grass in my side yard that has been mowed twice and is starting to get unruly again.

@GardenGerty I finally got the back done. Now the front needs mowed. Fingers crossed I can do that today. Yesterday was a no go since it rained all day long.

It’s “hiccuped” a few times for me, too, but it hasn’t been down for too long.

I had trouble loading a discussion earlier but when I checked it had loaded after all. I did have to add the photo later. I like to put up two discussions if I have anything to say and usually put one up at the beginning of my day and one up at the end. I don't know that it makes much difference. A lot of my comments come while I'm sleeping.

During the work week I will maybe do two. One before work and one before bed. When I am not working I do not mind doing three, but I want them to be at lest three hours apart.

I have noticed that the site has gone down at 4 am two days in a row. It comes back up after 10 or so minutes.
