Interesting dinner tonight

I had an appointment in Charlottesville today, in the same shopping center that Trader Joes is in, so of course I had to go. I picked up a few items. I was strict with my budget so I only got 5 things. One of them was an eggplant curry. It has a special name, and the Indians on this site probably know what it is. However, I have forgotten it. It was pretty good, but spicy. What did you have for supper?

Since I wasn't feeling well this morning, Pretty said she'd make chicken and biscuits with mashed potatoes again. That will be fine with me... She doesn't make food I'll eat very often but this meal I like! She'll make it after while. We usually don't eat dinner until around 10 pm. (I just had a boiled egg for "lunch" at 5 pm.)

@snowy22315 No, she's not a good enough cook to make from scratch. But the boxed dinner is still really good.

@snowy22315 My leg will probably always be swollen. In just over a week I get a detailed scan to find out how much or how little my blood flow actually is. Then probably head to compression socks.....
