Trump thinks that Mattel is a country

He has been fixated on talking about dolls when he is asked about increasing prices due to his stupid tariffs. He keeps saying that young girls can have just 3 dolls instead of 30 and, well, they will cost more but we all should just suck it up and deal with it. Great messaging from a billionaire when the majority of his base are red state citizens on government assistance. Today Trump said that he wanted to put a 100% tariff on the country of Mattel. He is so stupid that he actually called a toy manufacturing company a country. Like what is next? Nerflandia? BarbieLand? LegoLand? What is amazing is not that Trump is stupid because we all know that but that none of his advisors had the stones to tell him not to even say that. The sycophants are so pathetic. So yeah Trump now wants to put a 100% tariff on the imaginary country of Mattel. Awesome. Good job MAGA. You should be so proud.
Trump says he will put a '100 percent' tariff on Mattel to prevent them from selling toys if they manufacture somewhere else Source Reuters

No ignorance there, he IS gotta be the sharpest tool in the shed. I read this earlier from the Edmonton Sun...... I cannot fathom why Donald Trump would be allowed to attend, or is being invited to attend the upcoming G7 Summit in Canada. He is still a convicted felon, and we don’t welcome convicted felons regardless of their occupation or social status. Who gets to tell him? You can't make this stuff up, it is hilarious!

I saw a headline a couple of days ago that he hadn't yet agreed to attend. HAHAHAHA

@NJChicaa I feel sorry for the country, as they should have representation.

Well, he didn't know that the Congo was a country...or two countries, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Republic of the Congo... Reminds me of that old Oprah give-a-way thing with the cars. ''And you get a tariff, and you get a tariff, and you get...'' I wonder if we can fly or drive to Mattel-Land?

@Juliaacv I would, but Ken is being snobbish and doesn’t want to ride in a pink convertible!

You know, I was reading about the alarm that Senator John Fetterman is raising by his recent actions. He needs help. I truly believe iDJiT needs help as well. And I think both of them should leave office and get help.

yeah I am disturbed by the recent stories about Fetterman. It is a shame because I do really like him and think that he could do great things.

I wonder what dolls Trump played with when he was a kid? The obvious blow up babes?

Interesting that he's slapping tariffs on what I believe is a US company. What next I wonder?

He's not slapping tariffs on individual companies. He is slapping tariffs on countries of origin of products, regardless of where the company is based. If you buy an American car with foreign parts, the parts will be tariffed just like if a Barbie is made in China, the Barbie will be tariffed. Trump is not at all confused.

@Fleura Where were you when Biden was president? You weren't concerned about REAL inflation that ACTUALLY happened but are now concerned about concerns of prices going up that HAVEN'T happened? Interesting.

In some point he is right but in some point he is wrong. Trump I guess is a bad decision maker. He hasn't weight things the pros and cons before deciding on it.
