I know that the pollen count is exceptionally high right now. I hope that is why I have a sore throat and a tickle of a cough.
If it is pollen allergies I have only made them worse, because I have mowed twice.
You did know I bought a small electric mower sometime back. So I finished with the partial charge that was on it before supper. Later I mowed again when it was re charged. We had salads tonight and they were quite good.
Church tomorrow. I hope I sleep well I am pretty tired.

I hope you’re feeling better in the morning. Allergies have been tough this season.

I am never quite sure if it is outdoor allergies, or something in the cooling system at school, or maybe a bug I catch from the kids. I know once school is out I get better fast.

@GardenGerty It could be a combination of all those things.

I feel the high pollen count. I have a headache, itchy eyes, coughing a bit too, and a runny nose. We have Cottonwood trees around here, and this time of year and fall are times that I wish we didn't. I hope you are feeling better.

I still have coughing episodes, but it is clearing up. At 5:30 this a.m. I got hit with a massive headache, my doctor says those are barometric. Two hours or so later and I am much better.

@GardenGerty .......That's good. People don't realize that being hydrated can bring on headaches and even nausea. Glad you got your headache diagnosed. It can mean so many things.

Tree and grass pollens are both extremely high in my area, too. I stayed in the house but my face is swollen and sore. I've been coughing and sneezing all day today.
Allergies are so much fun.
I hope you sleep well tonight.

I am never sure if it is allergies from home, outside, or allergies inside and out from school. This too shall pass.

@GardenGerty My allergies are getting better. I just have a runny nose now. (It's also been raining off and on since yesterday morning, knocking the pollen out of the air.)
I hope you feel better quickly.

I have some meds I take pretty much year round. If I have problems with my eyes I use allergy eye drops (NOT visine, per my doctor). None of it really takes me out of action. I ran a fever for a couple of days so it was more likely a virus this time.

@GardenGerty Do your eyes get red and feel like there is something in them? I have been dealing with this lately. Doc gave me antibiotic cream. I think its cleared up then its back. I am allergic to my dogs.

I got a Hart brand from Walmart. I do like it so much better and I just have to charge it up and keep on going. It is good for me and the lawn.

I hope you feel better today. When you come in from mowing you should change your clothes and take a shower to get rid of the pollen.

I have heard that. I am never sure if it is indoor allergies from school or outdoor allergies from yard work, but washing off allergens makes sense. I also use a saline nasal spray.
