A Toaster?

My apologies in advance if you own a Cube. But I think they are ugly cars. You can add in the Element, Flex and even the Smart Car, although the latter is more ridiculous than anything.
At the same time, I can appreciate a driver with a sense of humor about what he drives.
I saw this car yesterday at a red light on my way home from a little trip to Aldi and just had to snap a picture of it, having noticed what it said on the back window, which made me laugh.
"You've been passed...by a toaster."

I haven't seen one of those on the road yet...
Pretty hated a mustang I owned when she was in college. She called it a box on wheels. I admit, it wasn't a pretty car but it got us to the places we needed to go and was good on gas. I didn't care what it looked like.

I admit there was a style design on those in the 80s and 90s perhaps, if I remember correctly, that were not as nice as say, the 60s and 70s versions. I rather like the new Mustangs. But yeah, these Cubes are all over the place. I see them all the time.

@porwest I agree, it was a boxy design but Mustangs did look better in the past and the new ones look nice. I bought that one second-hand. It looked okay-ish, just not much style to it.

There are a few of these on the roads here and I even saw one converted into a micro camper.
I quite like the simplicity of the shape.
You have been passed by a toaster, great stuff

Actually I've never seen a Cube but have seen the Element and Flex. Had to laugh at the toaster comment on that drivers back window.

That’s one ugly car. At least from the back. The sticker is funny though.
