Many phone calls for my birthday.

And my brother even went to the supermarket and they came back with some sweets. Then my sister in law prepared coffee, tea and sweets for all of us. And shee even washed the dishes while I places my cane on a chair.
Maybe a fall once in a while is a good idea as long as we don´t break a bone.
He also taught me how to use the BP devise. I´ll check if I still remember tomorrow how to use it.
I hope that in a couple of weeks I´ll be able to have a birthday party of sorts.

I'm glad your brother and SIL came over for your birthday and he helped you with your BP monitor.

Yay, I hope they will help you with things again if you need them to. I’m glad you had a mini-party with some goodies, too. And, that she washed the dishes for you! I was concerned you might not have a good birthday, but it seems that you did and I am so glad.
