Here we are at the end of the workweek. Happy Friday everyone.

It feels like such a nice summer day already. I have a big load of laundry in the washing machine, and it should finish before I have to start work. That means that I can get some of it into the dryer. We are expecting a comfortable day today at 22-24C, with dry conditions. they are calling for rain tonight and possibly into Saturday morning. I feel like it is one of 'those' summers where we see the rain on the weekends. Oh well. This weekend we will celebrate Father's Day, but today, let's just enjoy Friday. Have a great Friday everyone.

@LadyDuck It is cool and windy here today. We are going out early, he has to take the car in for maintenance and I will go along in the other vehicle. I will keep him company and then go get some groceries.

We're going to be very hot for the next 8 to 10 days. Those weather peeps claim we'll be between 37c to 41c then we'll cool down to hopefully 35c.

Thankfully there is almost no humidity so it's easier to handle. I drink a lot of water mixed with some unsweetened lemon juice

I didn't know Texas could be this hot. Here we are having 31-35C too but with relentless humidity.

That's a beautiful and inviting photo Julia. I can picture myself walking along the waters edge and enjoying sunshine and peacefulness. Looks like our weather for the weekend will be similar and I'm hoping that Fathers Day isn't a washout for all the dads who have outside plans.

As beautiful as this beach is, it is never busy. That is why I enjoy stopping there so much. I hope that it is a nice weekend too, alot of Dads get out to golf on that day.
