A Bacon and Sausage Omelet

I needed something to eat. I just got a bacon and sausage omelet set in front of me. It is delicious. I was hungry and needed some energy. The heat in here doesn't help at all. It was nice an cool until it hit about 80 degrees outdoors. It is 85 now.
Two biscuits with butter and honey were tasty too. I am ready to finish my to do list now.
PROTEIN!!

A meal is cooked and the heat temp in the apartment goes up 10-15 degrees. Ugh!

Sounds good to me. My favorite omelet is a vegetable omelet, or to put in a bit of chopped cooked meat with the vegetables. It's a good meal anytime.
