I'm doing this early because I'm so bored and lonely!!!
Spoke with my SIL tonight. There are 3 widows in my husband's family. His brother died a few years ago, his sister's husband died 2 years ago; and, of course, my husband died this year. Sad.
I hope you fathers out there had a good day. My hubby was a father to all of our dogs. I hope he's with them all now.
I see we are having the posting pictures problem again. I will try again later.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Sausage, egg and cheese Hot Pocket, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Lemon blueberry muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, tortilla chips, string cheese
What did you eat today?

I hope to post the dog pictures later on. I'm sure they are playing with my hubby. I could use a hug!

You should see if you can get together with your SILs once in a while.
I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast and a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch. We won't have supper until late tonight.

I remember once someone said of getting old, that the hardest part are all the goodbyes. Such is life, I suppose.
For dinner I made planked salmon on the grill with zucchini cooked in a foil pack with stuffing on the side. Yummy stuff. I will keep it a secret if the wife liked it, though, to save for a later post once they get this damn photo glitch fixed.

The photo glitch is fixed. Yes and we've had to say goodbye to so many of the music/movie artists from the 60's 70s'. They're dropping like flies.

@LindaOHio They really are. A lot of people were born, of course, during the baby boom era, and those are the ones dropping off the list, so to speak. Sad if even inevitable.
But yes, the photo glitch does seem to be behind us...thankfully.

I am sorry you feel so all alone. I do know how that can feel. Last night I ate a beef pot pie, with a potato on the side and some sliced tomatoes.

Weird to say "today," isn't it!
I had chicken taco salad for lunch, peach fake sorbet then strawberry fake sorbet, the rest of the broccoli and rice thing for dinner with apples and fiber.

Wouldn't it be nice if the 3 of you could arrange for a weekend together to catch up?
That would be alot of fun.
Yesterday was Sunday, so the usual.
We had bacon, sausages (for him) along with eggs, toast and fresh fruit for brunch and t-bone steaks, baked potatoes, mushrooms, corn and strawberry shortcake for dessert last night.
