My principessa is back to normal! (Claire the cat)

Claire was spayed on Tuesday and had to stay at the clinic overnight. I called as soon as I could to check on her and was told she was "resting comfortably". I didn't necessarily trust that but hoped it was true. She was beyond lethargic when I picked her up yesterday morning and I was alarmed. She didn't meow a single time on the way back here despite the fact that she was in a car and the top was down. When we got back here she just army crawled under and into a couch for 12 hours. Baby girl finally emerged and she is as sweet and happy as ever. She has eaten, had water, used the litter box, and snuggled up next to me on the bed. I was able to see her incision and it is so small as is the shaving of fur. No one would know that she just had surgery if they weren't told. So glad that my princess is back to normal. I never wanted another cat but I'm so glad I agreed to take her.
