Comfortable Morning

We had a brief thunderstorm this morning before I got up. That has helped it be a very good temperature. I will try to get some things done outside today. I know I need to pull some weeds.
Except for that it will be a calm day. I need to finish moving things around in the family room. It's just one bookcase for now. I won't move the futon until I pick up the recliner.

We need rain so badly here. It's super hot...heat index 103. I don't want to go outside. I did get a lot of weeds pulled Thursday and Friday. One thing we can always count on--weeds growing at a very fast pace.

We had pre monsoon showers today.
The weathermen say that these were pre monsoon ones although the kind of heavy showers we had are more characteristic of Monsoon rains.
Anyways these showers have lowered the Mercury and the humidity as well.
Hopefully you would be able to complete all your household objectives and have some good time for rest as well.

And here it rained good enough here.
One minus - It took me longer to drive on certain roads where we had traffic snarls owing to the rains.
But weather is pleasant than before.

Rain has been staying south of us except for that one thunderstorm. I watch the storms go over Marion and think of you!!!

It is kind of muggy here, but not hot at least not yet. I think we may have storms today. It rained last evening, but was pretty light.

It's raining outside now and the temp is 76F at 10:15 am. Our high today is only supposed to reach 78F with storms/rain all day. The humidity is 92% but it feels comfortable.

Still muggy and hot but we just had a thunderstorm, I hate those so much but what can you do. Good luck with moving things around.
